Product safety, quality, and reliability are fundamental to our manufacturing process. At Kenlon, disciplined production controls, in-house testing, and independent assessment work together to support consistent wheel quality and dependable performance.
Material selection: We carefully select raw materials, including bond materials and fiberglass reinforcement, to meet our specifications and support consistent product quality.
Controlled production: We maintain close control throughout manufacturing, from raw-material preparation through production and final inspection, supporting consistent quality and reliable performance.
In-house testing: We conduct our own burst and impact testing as part of ongoing production quality control to assess wheel strength and integrity.
In-House Burst & Impact Testing
Kenlon conducts both rotational burst testing and impact testing in-house as part of our ongoing production quality control.
Burst testing: Wheels are regularly sampled from production for rotational burst testing to assess wheel strength at increased rotational speeds.
Impact testing: In-house impact testing assesses wheel integrity and resistance to specified impact forces where applicable.
Our manufacturing and testing procedures follow applicable ANSI B7.1 requirements.

Independently assessed through Taiwan’s TS Safety Mark certification process
Our manufacturing and testing capabilities have also been independently assessed through Taiwan’s TS Safety Mark certification process. Annual third-party factory audits review production processes, raw-material management, and quality inspection procedures, and include required third-party burst and impact testing.
